The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.

📦 Return Policy
Lush & Envy offers a 2-day return window from the date of delivery, only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

To initiate a return, an unboxing or opening video must be provided as proof of the issue. This is mandatory to be eligible for any return or exchange.

All approved returns will be processed as store credit, equal to the full refund amount. The credit can be applied to your next purchase at Lush & Envy.

Store credit will be issued within 10–15 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Returns will only be accepted within 2 days of delivery.

Product tag seal must be intact and unbroken.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Store credit will only be issued after a quality check by our warehouse team.

No returns will be accepted without a proper opening video showing the issue.

Repeated returns are not allowed. If you’ve returned an item once and reorder, future return eligibility may be declined.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your opening video so we can assist you with a replacement or store credit.

📦 Returning Goods
You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk when returning any item. Use a trackable, insured courier.

If marked as a gift and sent directly to you, store credit will be issued as a gift certificate.
