To initiate a return, an unboxing or opening video must be provided as proof of the issue. This is mandatory to be eligible for any return or exchange.
All approved returns will be processed as store credit, equal to the full refund amount. The credit can be applied to your next purchase at Lush & Envy.
Store credit will be issued within 10β15 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
